4:30 PM Chocolate Cake Walk! Win a whole chocolate cake to take home! The prefect finale to our chocolate-filled day!

- $395 for gift booth

Each booth includes:
- Three 6-ft tables
- 2 chairs
- Electricity is available for $35
TASTE TICKETS – WE PAY YOU $.50 PER SAMPLE!
Vendors love the Taste Ticket model for our chocolate festivals! Customers give you a ticket for each sample. YOU get to decide on your own sample sizes and amounts, based on your unique products. At the end of the show, bring your Taste Tickets to Registration for cash. We weigh them with our Ticket Scale and pay $.50 PER TICKET ($2 per VIP Indulgence sample!). 🙂
WE OFFER FREE MELTING INSURANCE!
Included in your sign-up fee is our "Melting Insurance." Yes, we invented it! Boulder County Fairgrounds assures us that their AC is good, and they have agreed to adjust their thermostats down to 68 degrees for us. However, it IS the middle of summer! If you suffer any product losses from melting while at the festival, Dana Cain Events will reimburse you for the losses, up to $200. (And we don't mind eating slightly melted truffles, believe me ... This is a win-win. LOL.)
All vendors must have liability insurance with Dana Cain Events (5061 S. Stuart Ct, Denver CO 80123) listed as Additional Insured. You can get that through your insurance company or through ours - for $42 - at https://securevendorinsurance.com/PFS/ApplicantInformation?GroupEventKey=19fa1befb7b7
BOULDER COUNTY REQUIREMENTS:
All Food Vendors who sample or sell your own foods must have your Food Vendor Verification from Boulder County Health.
Boulder County Fairgrounds is a Zero Waste Facility. Please be sure your sampling materials, including cups, plates and utensils, are not plastic or Styrofoam. Packaged items for sale may contain plastic.

- Cottage Food companies are included and must have Food Vendor Verification.
