Taste Tickets and Sampling
You can sample as much (or as little) chocolate and cheese as you want at our Festival! Vendors offer samples in exchange for Taste Tickets! They are usually one-ticket-for-one-sample... but it can vary. Sometimes you can taste multiple smaller samples for one ticket, and other times, you can get a large or elaborate sample for two tickets! It typically averages out to one ticket per sample! This allows us to pay our vendors a little something for the tens of thousands of samples that get consumed at our shows - and keeps them coming back with more for you to try! If you find something you love, you can usually buy a box of it to take home for later!
You can buy 12 Taste Tickets for just $12 ... We recommend starting with the 24 for $24, though! You can always buy more at the show - or if you get chocolated-out (Is that even a thing?) you can take home samples in a sample bag for later!

10 x 10 Booth rental:
- $195 for chocolate, cheese, food and drink
- $350 for Gift Booths
- Double booths also available.
Each 10 x 10 booth includes:
- pipe and drape backdrop
- one 8-ft table
- 2 chairs
- Extra tables available for $20 each
- Electricity is available for $35
Load-in is 7:00 - 10:00 day of show.
TASTE TICKETS – WE NOW PAY YOU $.75 PER SAMPLE! That's a 50% INCREASE IN PAYOUT TO YOU!
Vendors love the Taste Ticket model for our chocolate festivals! Customers give you a ticket for each sample. YOU get to decide on your own sample sizes and amounts, based on your unique products. At the end of the show, bring your Taste Tickets to Registration for cash. We weigh them with our Ticket Scale and pay $.75 PER TICKET. 🙂
VIP Vendors: It only costs and extra $50 to be a VIP Vendor and get extra promotion and special attention from our VIP attendees! You must be a chocolate/sweets company and you have to provide special, unique samples for our VIPs. We pay you $2.00 for every VIP Indulgence Ticket you collect!
AVERAGE PAYOUT TO CHOCOLATE SAMPLERS PER SHOW LAST YEAR -- $985.00!
That's just what we pay you for the sample tickets you turn in a the end of the show. That doesn't even COUNT your sales!
IMPORTANT NEW FOOD VENDOR REQUIREMENTS
Commercial Food Vendors and Cottage Food Vendors must show proof of certification at their booths.
- Health/Fire Department Compliance: Copies of valid licenses from the State of Colorado must be displayed at the vendor's booth for the duration of the event.
- Cottage Food: Cottage Food vendors are required to have a copy of their Food Handler's certification displayed at the vendor's booth. All Cottage Foods must be appropriately labeled prior to being displayed or sold.
- Please send a copy of your permit/license to [email protected] for approval.

ALCOHOL POLICY: No vendors may sell or sample any alcoholic products.
