The VIP Experience

This event is based, in part, on the popular VIP Tickets we offer at our four annual chocolate festivals along the Front Range. In this case, however, it's all VIP, all day long! That means: 
  • Bigger, Better Samples
  • No Lines, Limited attendance
  • Many of our top tier "VIP Vendors" in attendance, sampling and selling
  • Several "Chocolatier Championship" winning vendors in multiple categories

Location

Our beautiful, newly remodeled Grand Ballroom is at the Delta Hotel by Marriott (formerly the Ramada Plaza), at I-25 and 120th Ave in Northglenn.  This location is easily accessible from metro Denver, Boulder, northern Colorado and anywhere along the I-25 corridor. 
Tickets: 
$30 (incl 12 VIP Indulgence Tickets for sampling)
$50 (incl 24 VIP Indulgence Tickets for sampling)

Want to Sell?
​Our chocolate festivals sell out, so sign up early! We have room for 38 vendors, with a very limited number of non-chocolate/non-food-or-drink gift booths. 

Booth Pricing: 
  • Chocolate, Food or Drink booth - $95
  • Double Booth - Chocolate, Food or Drink - $175
  • Gift Booth (crafts, clothes, accessories, antiques, imports, etc) LIMIT 4 
  • Corporate/Commercial Booth (Communications, Medical, Services etc) LIMIT 1 

Vendor Booth Info:
- Booths are 10 x 10 with two 6-ft tables (double booth has 4 tables ).
- Each booth includes 2 chairs.
- Bring your own table coverings. 
- Set-up is Sunday, 7:00 - 9:45 am. 
- Tear down is Sunday 6:00 - 8:00 pm. NO EARLY PACKING.

VIP Indulgence Taste Tickets – WE PAY YOU FOR SAMPLING!:
​Vendors love the Taste Ticket model for our chocolate festivals! Customers give you a ticket for each sample. YOU get to decide on your own sample sizes and amounts, based on your unique products. At the end of the show, bring your Taste Tickets to Registration for cash. We weigh them with our Ticket Scale and pay $1.00 for every Ticket. 🙂 NOTE: All Samples should be designed and sized for a VIP Audience. We are paying $1 per sample (double the rate we pay for regular chocolate festival samples. 

ALCOHOL POLICY:  No vendors may sell or sample any alcoholic products. The venue provides a bar and holds the exclusive liquor license at this event. 
We fully understand this format isn't for everyone ... and that's kind of the point. It's for our dedicated chocolate connoisseurs who don't like the big crowds. We get requests for this more elegant type of festival all the time ... so ... here you go! Enjoy!
